Do you accept returns?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please get in touch straight away with any queries at hello@ellerbea.com. Due to the made-to-order and handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
