Returns Policy

At Ellerbea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure you understand your rights when purchasing from our store.

Print on Demand Giclée Prints

• Eligibility for Returns: Print on demand giclée prints are made to order, which means returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your giclée print arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will replace the item free of charge or offer a full refund.

Handmade Lithographs, Risographs, and Polaroids

• Returns: Due to the unique, handmade nature of these pieces, we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged in transit or there is a fault with the product.
• Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will ask for photos of the damage, and upon confirmation, we will offer either a replacement (where available) or a full refund.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange for a damaged or defective item:

1. Contact us at hello@ellerbea.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and photos of the damage or defect.
3. We will respond within 2 business days to confirm the next steps.

Refund Process

Once we’ve received and processed your return request, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Costs

• If your return is accepted, we will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.
• Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
